  • I have a Gaiam Vinyasa Flow video with Seane Corn. She is awesome! I also have the P90X Yoga video that I stole from my brother's set... it's SUPER hard! I go to a studio multiple times a week, which DOES cost a small fortune... but both of those are comparable to the practices at the studio!
