Alright yogis! I LOVE yoga but it's so expensive to do it at a yoga studio. What are your favorite yoga DVDs, YouTube Channels, Podcasts, etc. for yoga at home? Right now I have Jillian Michaels Yoga (but like something slower moving and more focused on flexibility and balance), Gaiam Yoga for Women, and Gaiam Morning Yoga. I like the two Gaiam ones but am in need of a change. Thanks for your ideas!!!

I like Element for yoga. They have Yoga for Beginners, AM and PM Yoga, Yoga for Stress Relief and Flexibility, Yoga for Weightloss and Power Yoga. My favourite for relaxation is the AM and PM, and I like the Power Yoga for a more vigorous practice. I also own Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy by Gaiam, which I do often. It is a combo of yoga poses and toning exercises. I find it to be a challenging workout, but I also feel relaxed and centered when I finish it. I got them all from Amazon and Best Buy.

I like any of the GAIAM DVD's with Rodney Yee. He is a great instructor, motivator and inspiration. I own three of his DVD's - highly recommend!

I have a Gaiam Vinyasa Flow video with Seane Corn. She is awesome! I also have the P90X Yoga video that I stole from my brother's set... it's SUPER hard! I go to a studio multiple times a week, which DOES cost a small fortune... but both of those are comparable to the practices at the studio!

I love Kino! Her you tube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/KinoYoga?feature=watch
I have her DVD for Ashtanga primary series and it is great. I also like http://www.yogaglo.com/ for days when I want a vinyasa practice or shorter practice.
