i have been doing this dvd as well, not knowing how many calories i'm burning. i have been logging it in as " dancing, aerobic 50 min is 284 calories burned." :love: glad to know i'm burning more!

forgot to log my daily zumba sessions. but have been doing 50min cardio party dvd every day since my last post! gettin those hips moving like the dancers on my tv. QUE TE MUEVE??? :bigsmile:

completed zumba cardio party dvd - 50 min on fri 6/24, used my zumba dance moves (BONUS :explode: ) fri nite at a wedding reception til the wee hrs., :yawn: and did dvd sun,mon, 6/27/11:smile:

on wed completed 50 min zumba cardio party dvd. today (thurs) i will complete same dvd!. i am seeing results in my stomach and hips after one week! those are my prob stubborn areas :bigsmile: :love: :laugh:

i don't like to eat before a morning run. makes me feel nausea. afterward i will have a protein shake and lots of water. of course i'm running 2-3mi max at this point. if you're running longer distance, may want something light to eat (pb & toast) 20 min like others said
