  • SAHM to a 3 month old and an almost 6 year old. Would love to join!
  • I'm 24 weeks and currently sitting on a 6lb weight gain. I'm happy with that.
  • 7 weeks here. I think my calorie estimate for maintaining weight is pretty high, so I set it to lose half a pound a week. So far so good. I am also not eating back my workout calories, though my first trimester so working out is a loose term. I took a walk today when I wanted to sleep all day instead, not awesome but…
  • Hi everybody! I'm so happy I searched this and found you. We are in the not trying, not preventing crowd right now, but will begin ttc once we can have a baby that isn't born during the holidays. I'll be honest upfront, I'm waiting until this weekend to test to see if we got it this time, I've had a few symptoms but I'm…
  • Welcome!! You aren't a first timer, you are just now one of us. You can do this and not have a second or third or fourth time. Everyone here is excited for you and ready to help. :)
  • This is the most fantastic thing I've ever heard! Great work!
  • I live in Belgium and work on a US army base. I haven't had Krispe Kreme in FOREVER and we have it in the shop now downstairs. They had a box of my favorite, chocolate iced custard filled, this morning. It's been an awful day already and I DIDN'T GET THE DOUGHNUTS! This is a huge victory for me.
  • I do not eat back my calories. But I have a fair bit of weight to lose, so the more I burn and the less I take in (reasonably of course) the better I'll do.
  • I enter it as circuit training. I literally just finished day 1 again. Was doing great with it a few months ago, but then traveling and holidays and a thousand other excuses got in the way. Huge difference in today's performance vs last time. Don't give up like I did. 30 days from now we'll both be glad we stuck with it!
  • https://www.fitbit.com/user/2RDM87 Feel free to add me. Challenges really motivate me.
  • It has a lot to do with your height as well. I'm 5 foot eleven and ten pounds is seriously the difference between loose and tight fitting jeans in the same size. This is one of those things that is different for everyone.
  • Non scale victory. ☺
  • I needed red wine to make the sauce for dinner tonight and instead of buying a regular bottle and finishing the rest with dinner I bought the single serve bottle so I'd have just enough for the sauce. And I didn't even have to talk myself into the healthier decision, I just did it!
  • I make tuna salad with just mustard and pickle and hard boiled eggs. No mayo. Eat it in a wrap or with wassa crackers. Also I mix it with Newman's own Soy Ginger dressing and eat it with a slaw, wrapped in a sheet of seaweed like a sushi handroll.
  • Funny, I had seen that too and got myself motivated and back on track. For the last few years I've been gaining/losing the same 20lbs. Since March of this year I had gained 9 back when I saw this and it struck a cord. I didn't used to be big. I used to be healthy, consistent, and focused on my health. In the last month of…
  • Amazing! You look like a totally different and much younger man now.
  • Hi, thanks for the invite. I started my weight loss goal at 262lbs. I found mfp halfway into it and it helps so, so much! I was down to 175ish, but broke both of my feet a few months ago. I was in casts all Christmas, so as you can imagine I back slid some. Back up to 184. I literally just went back to the gym this week…
  • I broke my toe Friday at the gym and I took the weekend off, then I went this morning and just did the elliptical so I could keep my toe stabilized. I always thought I HATED running, until I couldn't do it this morning, and I got kind of sad. I positioned myself behind the treadmills to watch everyone else run and be…
