  • Hubby & I were walking/bicycling which, as you say, "don't burn a lot of calories" & sometimes feels like a chore so we took these things to a higher level. We still do nightly walks/rides; however, we head out to the various nature trails that make it a bit more challenging & different. On the weekends, we usually do a…
  • Flying to MT to bring my 85 Mom back home to VT for the summer. Lots of driving & talking & worrying about eating right on the trip. If any drinking to be done - the beverage of choice will be "anything with alcohol" (at the end of the driving day - LOL)...... Hope everyone has a happy & safe 4th of July!

  • Thank you all for the inspiration. I'm starting back on my Wii Personal Fitness program & will keep my progress posted. Good luck to all of you as well & feel free to add me as a "friend" who will do my best to keep you motivated if you need.
  • So fellow fitness pals - this will probably sound like a silly question but here goes: Today, my calorie goal is: 1440. I've had 400 calories as of lunch & walked off 282 @ lunch for a net of 118. It says I have 1322 calories remaining. I'm presuming that I'm supposed to "meet" or "come close" to my calorie goal of 1440 -…
