Hi, I'm new to this forum too. I've done GF for about a year now because of health issues and a diagnosed gluten allergy but lately I have not done so well. I can feel my issues coming back so I really need to get it together. Feel free to add me as well.

I'm on Day 7 today. I've done it several times before but always end up quitting on phase 2. I'd really like to stick with it this time because it's the only thing that seems to work for me. I'm going to try to look at phase 2 as I'm maintaining the weight I lost on phase 1 so that way I don't get discouraged.

I completed day 3 yesterday and I'm not sore at all today. The day after day 1, I was really sore. Exactly why I haven't weighed in since I started. The last time I was working out and eating right, I got so discouraged by the lack of weight loss. Now I am just looking and seeing if tummy is getting smaller. I'm trying not to obsess about it and just do it!

Definitely! Since you don't like to exercise, how about participating in a sport? Maybe take up tennis. I hate exercising too but I love getting out there and playing (or attempting to play) tennis or soccer with the kids. How about hiking or canoeing--you know, something fun but is really exercise.
