    Great article! Thanks for sharing!
  • Have a weigh in day and make in 1st thing in the morning too. I also recommend measuring you waist etc as if you're exercising you might lose fat and gain muscle - muscle weighs more than fat.

    What gets monitored gets managed.

Exactly why I don't sweat the scale. I weigh in monthly and don't worry about it. I can feel when I'm eating correctly. It shows in my diaries, and more importantly in my clothing.
  • I love it, thanks a bunch for this info!!! I will post it so all my friends can read it :flowerforyou:

Good article! Thanks for sharing. I try to weigh in only once per week, 1st thing in the morning. That keeps me from getting discouraged when the scale goes up and down during the week.

Thanks for posting this article. It was good to have a reminder to calm down and just focus on the process and not always the immediate results. Eating healthier will pay off even if the numbers on the scale dont show it right away!

Exactly why I haven't weighed in since I started. The last time I was working out and eating right, I got so discouraged by the lack of weight loss. Now I am just looking and seeing if tummy is getting smaller. I'm trying not to obsess about it and just do it!
