I just went to rite aid and purchased something called super Colon cleanse it comes in pill form. It cost me 16 bucks. They had a cheaper one for 12 but it was out of stock and at that point I was so desperate I didn't give a damn lol. I've only used it since Monday and it caused a 1.6 weight loss ...alot of people on here…

I actually haven't been doing this but its come to my attention that I'm basically in starvation mode because I haven't been doing so. I usually just eat about 200 less than recommended, without eating the exercise calories back. Its no wonder I've stayed the same weight for a month :(

Thanks a bunch guys clearly I have been mistaken by eating less then required. I thought I would be cutting corners by eating less but I have been doing the exact opposite I'm gonna aim for exactly what MFP suggests for two weeks (no scale = hopefully) and see where it lands me. Wish me luck and again thanks a ton! :)

Right I mean I'm a big believer in the fact that we all lose weight differently, so I guess if it's working for me I should keep at what im doing, as long as I remain doing it in a healthy manner

I completely agree with kilkerqueen17. Don't give numbers and figures, its obvious you've lost weight at this point. Don't come to the point where u have to defend yourself or get into an argument, if u politely yet assertively tell these people your not at your goal and you'll continue to lose till you are they will get…

I'm 5'3 my goal is 170...I know that according to the BMI chart I'm over, but I've always wanted to be thick, perhaps it may change but this is my goal

All week hmmmm, So how about upon waking up do some light workouts then grab a buddy and go for a nice run/jog/brisk walk whichever is comfortable with you, just be sure to make healthy choices and to eat the "bad" in small doses and in moderation.

See I'm so torn maybe I shouldn't push myself gradual weight loss is the best weight loss, I do attend a gym, and I make sure to eat right and at right amounts...but maybe I should continue to do as i have and let the chips fall where the may.

Of course these situations can be terribly tricky. You should never deprive yourself of any special outing or occasion dur to a lifestyle-not a diet.
