I made an awesome salad tonight! Spinach, radishes, ham, hard boiled egg, cheddar cheese, and beets. Yummy!

I'm doing a boot camp right now and I'm burning anywhere between 450 and 600 in a one hour session.

The day I graduated from university. :) I felt like the whole world was laid out before me and I was amazed that I had actually completed what I had set out to do 4 years earlier.

I typically work out in the evening anywhere between 7 and 9:30 and head to bed about 11 or so and I don't have any issues. :smile:

You've just got to keep being persistent. I've been working on this for a year now and I lost quite steadily at first. Now I've been working on the last ten pounds for 6 months...it's frustrating but keep at it! You'll get there :)

Actually you're about on target really. I've been on MFP since March 11, 2010 (about 18 weeks) and so far I've lost 15.5 pounds. So a pound a week pretty much. That's with working out at least 5-6 days a week. Give yourself time and it'll be worth it. I'm only halfway there and already I'm feeling waaay more confident and…

I got some great exercise this past weekend! We cut firewood for 7 hours on Thursday, went hiking for 1.5 hours on Friday, golfed for 3.5 hours on Saturday, and golfed 4.5 hours on Sunday. Then tonight I went for 10km bike ride! Woohoo! :)

I got one on sale and I've found it very helpful! I was way under-estimating the size of things. Since I bought it, I've started losing again. :smile:

I watch DVD box sets while I'm on the elliptical machine as I don't seem to have time to watch them otherwise...I'm finally almost caught up on Soprano's!

Did you wet the sensors on the chest strap? If you didn't, it may not have recorded correctly.
