I doubt it. I just finished the 30DS this weekend and I did the majority of the workouts after 7PM. If anything it will help you sleep better! Good luck, I'm sure you'll do great!!

So long as you give yourself at least an hour after cool down before you hit the sheets you should be ok. I wouldn't recommend finishing, showering and going right to bed. You might still be a bit wound up. I definitely sleep better and I'm still doing a modified version of level 1 every other day or so.

It depends. Some people get really wound up after cardio. I can do strength training at night, but not cardio. Try it and see.

I'm not doing 30 day shred, but I've been doing P90X and Insanity and I usually do my work outs after my daughter goes to bed and I sleep just fine  I'm not a morning person, so getting up at the butt crack of dawn doesn't work for me.

i prefer to work out at night. do what works for you. some people can't cool down for a few hours after working out, so they're better off at an earlier time. only you know your body. :o)
  • I always did 30ds in between 10pm-12. By the time I was done showering I was pretty tired. I guess you will just have to try it.

I think you will just have to try it and see... I sleep like a log after doing cardio in the evening. I usually do mine around 6/6:30 though, so not too late, and am in bed around 9 & read till I fall asleep. I have to get up for work at 5:30 already so doing it in the morning isn't going to happen.

I typically work out in the evening anywhere between 7 and 9:30 and head to bed about 11 or so and I don't have any issues.

Well everybody body is different. I tried at night and it took me a while to settle down! Morning was better cause morning gets you going and at the end of the day your body is ready to settle down! Think abt it days is ment for work, night is for rest! :smile

I always workout a night. It never keeps me from sleeping. Actually it helps me sleep better! The only problem is when I fall asleep BEFORE the workout!lol Work it out girl!
