Who Got Some Good Exercise In This Weekend????

I am just getting a good amount of energy since I started taking Synthroid, the raw vitamins and meds for Pituitary, Adrenals and Hypothalamus issues.
This weekend we went bike riding for a total of 6.0 miles Saturday, 2 miles Sunday and 5.8 miles Monday (Total of 13.8 miles)
Walking, a total of 2 miles each day, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (6 total miles)
I feel good that I was able to do this much with having only taking the meds for a little more than a week. I could barely walk up the stairs at work everyday prior to starting the meds.
I am starting to feel like a whole person once again and that feels GREAT!!!!

I got some great exercise this past weekend! We cut firewood for 7 hours on Thursday, went hiking for 1.5 hours on Friday, golfed for 3.5 hours on Saturday, and golfed 4.5 hours on Sunday. Then tonight I went for 10km bike ride! Woohoo!0

I did really good! Saturday did 1.5 hours on treadmill, elliptical and staionary bike (30 min on each) Did some hula hooping. Saturday did an hour sweatin' to the oldies and today I got in 90 min of sweatin' to the oldies. We had our weekly weigh in tonight and I lost 3 pounds. 11 down so far and rearing to go. I am in a Biggest Loser contest in my community and we are doing it for 12 weeks and we ONLY have 6 weeks left. So any advice and/or tips is greatly appreciate. I had a nerve removed from bottom of my heel in middle of April and a very sloooooooooooooow recovery. So trying to ease myself back into exercising.0

I got 7 miles on the bike on friday nothing on saturday and 15 on sunday and going after work to get some more.0

I had an hour total body conditioning with my trainer on Saturday along with 30 min cardio--571 cals burned and today I did an hour cardio (elliptical and treadmill) for 517 burned....
Still had a HUGE dinner tonite and am ready to go back to the gym tomorrow!0 -
No Independence weekend downunder here, but a weird couple of days. Yesterday I was sure I was coming down with a flu, and at least a couple of people said they'd been off work for at least a week and that I sounded hoarse. Great! Worse still, it was my back day which I find the most demanding of any, and I felt like c**p. Went home and slept for a couple of hours, and today my shoulders/arms day felt really great, one of those workouts I was burning, strong and loving it. So there ya go. Who knows? Hopefully my immune system built up for the rest of winter by a small dose!0

I swam for 2 hours on Saturday and then today I did a water aerobics class and then swam for an add'l 30 minutes. Normally I have Jazzercise Monday but it was cancelled due to the holiday so I went to the YMCA instead.0
