I just posted because I was happy about my weight loss. Everyone you DO NOT NEED to follow my diet, relax, I am still learning how to eat well myself. I don't know but I keep trying and trying to get serious with it. This is just what works for right now

Ok well you are like my dad then he eats whatever and then bikes 10 miles and then runs 3 miles so he can "afford" to do that

For some they can afford to to "dirtier" and still lose because they put so much time into exercise...I just do 30 min sometimes 45 min of course I'm not gonna do more unless I upped my protein and intake in general because I would faint otherwise

Hello, You must know that I dont lift. I only do cardio which focuses on burning fat. However, if I wee to start I would probably up my protein intake such as instead of 2 hard boiled eggs maybe 4 or maybe another cup of kale since that has more protein as well. You could also probably do another chicken breast but work…

I feel like I can say CLEAN EATING because it is 90% clean what I eat.

How is this dirty eating??? CLEAN EATING TO ME is fruits veggies and lean meat. Yes I cheat and have a processed protein bar and chips but I limit myself to ONE serving otherwise I would totally binge. It's clean eating to me.

I am not really doing strength training...I do 30 min of exercise sometimes 45 min 5 times a week ...either running, swimming, or the elliptical. BUT I was thinking about including that in today starting today ...I realize I need to for sure

It's not much of a difference because I lost 13 lbs so far but I am still going for my goal weight!!!
