Really Weird...

I have lost weight on the scale, but my clothes feel tighter....the scale is accurate and everything so I am confused as to how this is happening..

Can you provide some more details about what you're doing for exercise, what your diet looks like, how many calories you're eating, if you have any diseases (thyroid, high BP, diabetes, etc), how long you've been working at it, how much you've lost, etc? Can't decipher anything without more info.0

I guess I'm in a different situation. My weight has stayed the same, I have bigger muscles (relative to previously), and less fat, and my pants feel tighter. I guess this could be body re-composition (I have been working at it for over a year). I'm not concerned or unhappy. Just curious.0
