Really Weird...
I have lost weight on the scale, but my clothes feel tighter....the scale is accurate and everything so I am confused as to how this is happening..

Want to Quit everything...not losing anything
I am not losing weight I am still as fat as I was before I started I am 5 "11 and I am 185 when I should be around 170 or 175...the numbers just keep going up and I want to fit in my pants. I work out 5 times a week and I eat veggies and protein....cut out candy ...WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO DO?? I am getting so discouraged…

Binging hurt you or help?
I just ate 3,000 calories worth of food for the past two days because people opened their home to me for a weekend and I didnt want to be rude and refuse so it went downhill from there. Will this affect the ten pounds I have lost over the last 3 months??? I'm scared it probably has :( Does anyone know?

Hit the 11lb mark
I haven't seen any changes physically to notice but my clothes fit a lot better. I am 5"11 I was 185 now I am 174!!! Aiming for 160-165 for a solid healthy weight :D :D

Almonds Bad Snack?
I have been snacking on things like Almonds Pretzels Graham Crackers .....are these like horrible to have? I can't think of healthier snack ideas.. I already have 2 1/2 cups of veggies in my diet along with 2 1/2 cups of fruit...so I can't have those

Hey guys I would like to know what has been some small but BIG changes that you cut out of your diet that you think has helped you??? I know for me it has been not eating bread everyday No more candy Water and ZERO soda Eating the important food groups like veggies and meat and fruit No more granola bars or fruit snacks

Pants Don't Feel Tight But I'm Not Lifiting
I JUST started to lift weights, but for past several weeks I have been doing elliptical 5 times a week and watching what I eat..less sugar and carbs.....My weight has barely changed, but my pants are fitting better...how can this be muscle if I don't lift?

Anyone have to consume MORE than 1,200 calories a day?
I'm just wondering...seems like I see nothing but 1,200 my daily goal is 1,600 and thats if I DONT exercise...?

There's Hope!!!
I kept my graduation dress from high school...which was 4 years ago...couple years ago it was kind of tight...but I tried it on today and IT FITS!! very comfortably too!! There IS hope and all the exercising IS making a difference even though the numbers on the scale say different!

Panera Bread
My parent brought home a BAG of delicious Panera Bread bagels...but I figured that there's NO way that a healthy diet would ever contain those kind of bagels I painfully refused...IT'S GONNA BE WORTH IT ahhh!!!

Vitamin Water has sugar??
Seems like I can't get any drink these days without having sugar. It said it had 32 grams which is like a BAG of sugar! I don't know if I should just cut out sugar entirely from my diet and just eat fruit that has natural sugar..

Fit in my pants!
The original reason why i started on MFP again was because my pants were getting tight. I have lost 6 pounds and my muffin tops are disappearing yay!!! Oh and I also burned 500 calories at the gym today!

Available exercises for stubbed toe
My toe is bleeding on the inside of the nail and it hurts. I still need to workout, but does anyone have an idea what activity I could do that doesn't require much pressure on the foot?
