    to be honest its junk.. all those "nutrition bars" are junk, now when i say junk, i mean junk, but moreover a waste of money. the only thing that i have ever liked and still use is a simple nature valley granola bar the protein one, as my morning snack, and thats a matter of convenience, because its easy and it tastes good. i dont care about how "GREAT" it is for me. all the overpriced protien bars are crap.
