Fist you have to have them hosted somewhere. Then add the img tags as follows. Lower case, no spaces. I am intentionally adding spaces so it doesn't work and you can see how to do it.

I am not really doing strength training...I do 30 min of exercise sometimes 45 min 5 times a week ...either running, swimming, or the elliptical. BUT I was thinking about including that in today starting today ...I realize I need to for sure0

It's been my diet change that I started to notice.
I eat for breakfast:
Luna protein bar
apple
Lunch:
Kale,frozen blueberry, and banana smoothie (ITS SO GOOD!!! and healthy)
avacado
random fruit just try to keep it within my calorie limit watermelon is good for that
sometimes I will eat nuts...but not too much
random veggies
Dinner:
chicken breast or tuna and hard boiled eggs mixed with spinach and I'll have some steamed broccoli too
then one serving (23 chips) of all natural pop chips as a treat0
