Super Nintendo! Walkman with headphones that never seemed to fit quite right. VHS -- I remember how blown away I was when DVD players came out. Computers were big boxes. Televisions were big boxes. Power Puff Girls. Courage the Cowardly Dog. Spending my days OUTSIDE. Wow. I miss those days.

It's scary how things meant to make you "healthy" can be so horrible to your body. We didn't become fat overnight. As much as it sucks, slow and steady wins the race. Thanks for sharing. (:

I usually eat after my workout. I ate first this morning and went for a run 45 minutes later and was cramping up a few minutes in. Never again. I do much better on an empty stomach.

watch your sodium intake. i've noticed too much sodium makes me retain water, giving me that lovely 'bloated' look.
