Well, I was sick the first two days of the week and ended up gaining 2lbs. For those that lost weight, are any of you using all your calories (even those burned during exercise)? Definitely in. My starting weight is 182 and my goal weight is 155. I may not reach my goal in 90 days, but hoping this group will get me closer. Good luck everyone - we can do this.

I have to agree - if you weigh yourself every day you are going to drive yourself crazy for sure. I used to do the same thing so I had to put my scale out of sight. I don't think we can always rely on the scale. I've gotten better (although starting MFP for now the 3rd time this week) and weigh myself once a week and I'm…

I think what's most important at the end of the day is that you are happy with yourself - you are doing this for YOU. Look how far you've come & just think about what an inspiration you are to the rest of us. :happy:

That's a wonderful goal to set. I try to do 2 5Ks a year and it doesn't matter how old/young, big/small...... walks are always challenging - especially if the walks are through hilly areas.
