  • Beer beer and more beer :D. I loooove beer. Drinking amstels at the moment which are surprisingly low cal for a beer but I like pretty much any beer except VB or XXXX.   • Give it some time. I can guarantee you will see a difference. I find that when I have really good weeks and exercise and eat well I hop on the scales and see almost no change. Then a few days later I will have lost a whole kilo. For some reason my body just likes to discourage me. Keep at it. You will get there.

  • I'm a vego so when the boys are having their steaks on the bbq I slice some zucchinis and salt them lightly and bbq them..... so tasty. Aubergine is awesome for this too. Also if you grate it and put it on a pizza before you add your normal ingredients it adds a great zing
