yw everyone =] i haven't found nutritional info yet, i was hunting for that, actually. i figured even if you don't want to use the honey or salt and leave it completely natural it's still tons better than store bought stuff. besides which, we can all do without preservatives

i do both. i do an hour of combined cardio & strength training in the morning and a half hour of cardio in the evening

maybe try working out extra time on your free day? if i workout m-s 1.5 hr a day, & sunday is my free day and i eat a larger portion or something not-so-healthy, i might increase my workout that day to a full 2 hrs

awesomeee =] i have an elliptical in my room (it's a small one) and i begin my workouts on that; then i transfer over to the wii fit plus and that keeps me engaged the entire time!
