This tool recommends to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
How many glasses correspond to 1.5litres of water ?

    1 liter equals 33.8 ounces so you'd need to drink about two per day

    Sorry i should have asked regarding the amount of cups 1.5ltrs refers to ?
    In the app it asks how many cups of water you drink in a day.
    If i drink 1.5ltrs of water, how many cups does this correspond to ?

    Well, 1 liter is about 4 cups, so 1.5 would be about 6 cups. :smile:

    This site reccomends 8 glasses/64oz a day but that is for the average person.
    I'm ABOVE average so I asked a trainer/dietician what the amount of water I should be drinking comparable to my weight. "1/2 my body weight in oz's is what you should be drinking in your daily fluid intake". WHOA....i'ma float away!!!
