Have you tried swimming? Swimming is great cardio and strength!! It is very easy on the joints too :) You can also use resistant things to walk in the water and stuff. Most of this is bad advice. Im assuming by no milk they are talking about cows milk with hormones and antibiotics and that is for health not weightloss lol. I do drink almond milk instead of cows but thats because im lactos intolerant

Get bulk meats and veggies in cans! I am all about my organic foods but when it comes to a low budget sometimes you just cant do organic. So get some bulk chicken breasts at costco or sams and get huge cans of veggies! You can freeze some of it and it is way healthier than ramen. Oatmeal, rice, beans... they are all good…

My husband hit just over 300 before we got married. He worked out and lost the weight SLOWLY and steadily. Through strength training and slowly losing the weight he doesn't have a whole lot of extra skin. I think that is key.

Grew up in a small farm town and LOVED it. Now I live in Baltimore... Can't say I hate it but I don't like it nearly as much. It's convenient being able to walk places but I miss space and fresh air!

does your baby eat solids? how often does she nurse? i nurse about 10 times a day and pump once. I am ebfing so I burn about 500 cals. Once my lo starts eating solids I'll be burning about 300 I think.

Try a rewards system. Every 5 pounds you do something special for yourself. You cant get on the computer/watch tv until you do at least 30 mins of working out each day. The more you do it the more you will want to do it!

track measurements and fat percentage and take lots of progress pictures! At a gym if you ask a trainer they will measure you fat percentage manually for free once a month or sometimes they have a scale that will measure it for you anytime :)

Look for a local sitter!! There are usually a couple in each town. Usually these people are kind hearted, cheaper and focus on the dogs more since they are in their home!

I'm 21!! My overall goal is to get fit. I would love to lose weight also, but I would rather feel strong and confident than skinny. lol I hit my goal weight in 8 lbs!!
