  • I really appreciate the input and suggestions, its really helpful and I completely agree. I plan to get started on the right track right after I take a week off. Does this starting strength book actually have a program and workouts to follow?
  • Yeah I've been figuring that out. So if I cut back cardio, do you think 2400 and for days per week of lifting should work?
  • I do a 4 day upper/lower split and then usually a 20 minute HIIT 6-7 days on various machines

  • Thanks for the input! I actually know that the activity level is not based on exercise. And I know that most people log their exercise but thats not the method that seems to work best for me. I prefer to include my exercise as my activity level because I hate trying to determine how many calories I burned exercising..…
