sick, will I lose a lot of endurance and strength in a week?
I got a virus on Saturday and have been out for almost a week now. Is it likely that I have already lost a lot of endurance and muscle strength? Does anybody recommend a good way to start getting back in the game? I miss my workouts and healthy food so much but am still very sick and unable to stomach much food

So my schedule right now is a 4 day split. I left heavy Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. How long should a decent leg workout be?
I work my legs out 2-3 times a week since I do an upper/lower spilt. I don't have a ton of time, is a good 30-45 minute workout sufficient for toning or even building muscle? What do some of your leg workouts look like?

I've been doing strength training for about a year now and my entire body has entirely transformed. My legs look so much more in shape and toned. They only thing I've notice is that my upper upppppeerr thighs don't seem as toned to me as the rest of my legs. Does anyone know some good at home exercises for that area?
