How many leg days/rest days a week?

I'm currently training to build some leg muscle. I have been doing 3x per week but am feeling burnt out. I'm wondering if only two full-fledge leg sessions would be better? Also do any of you guys have planned rest days? I have days on Saturday and Sunday where I just do cardio but no actual rest days I'm wonder if I need to change that also...

    Well it would depend on exactly what your leg routine is. Myself and a lot of other people have done barbell squats 3x per week until work set weights nearing 1.5x bodyweight at which point Wed is dropped to 80% or changed to a couple sets of front squats or dropped completely.

    Now if you are doing something like squats and leg press and hack squats and lunges and extentions and curls 3x per week, then yeah, that would be too much.

    Oh, and yeah, you need rest days.
