What does your weekly workout rountine look like?

I'm at the point in my fitness career where I am still trying to figure out what works for me. I was just wondering what some one your workout routines look like. Just a general weekly schedule. I've been over training for a few months now and understand now that I need to take it down a notch or two. Thanks!

    Monday: 3-4 mile run (tempo or interval)
    Tuesday HIIT workout & strength
    Wednesday Rest
    Thursday 4 mile run
    Friday DVD (usually Insanity or Turbo Fire)
    Saturday run 5-7 miles & strength
    Sunday yoga
  • monday- bootcamp
    tuesday- i teach spin in the morning then again at night
    wednesday- bootcamp, then at night i teach water aerobics
    thursday- i teach spin in the morning then again at night
    friday- pilates and ellipical
    saturda- i teach spin
    sunday- rest day

    I have been sticking to more of a 4-5 day routine lately that is laid out as follows:

    Day 1: chest/shoulders/triceps
    Day 2: back/biceps/core
    Day 3: legs
    Day 4: cardio
    Occasional/optional day 5: yoga

    I try to throw in a little bit of cardio on days 1-2 and sometimes I'll randomly do core work on another day, but I generally follow this layout, I have been throwing in the yoga day every 3rd or 4th cycle.

    Sunday - Body Pump class (all weights)
    Monday - Body Combat class (kickboxing)
    Tuesday - Body Pump
    Wednesday - rest
    Thursday - Body Pump
    Friday - Body Attack (HIIT)
    Saturday - rest

    Tuesday - ZWOW (HIIT/IT)
    Wed- Full Body Heavy Lifting
    Thursday - ZWOW
    Friday - Full Body Heavy Lifting
    Saturday - Yoga/Streching
    Sunday - Off
