Any good home-based muscle building workouts?

Hey guys so I have been strength training for about a year now and I know that if I want to gain anything I need to start lifting heavier and eating right. I am 19, 5'7 and weigh about 112-115lbs now. A lot of doctors seem to think I need to gain weight and though I am not concerned with the scale I agree that my shoulders and arms look too boney. I would love your opinions on some great arm and leg workouts. I work and go to school and I don't have a ton of time so I prefer to do a split routine. Oh and I do have dumbbells and my house and plan to get a kettle bell. Thanks for the help! I appreciate it!

If you are working out at home then you can do some bodyweight exercises. I can suggest this:

    Push ups (wide and narrow)
Pull ups (get a pull up bar)
Body squats / jump squats (or with dumbbells)
    Lunges (body or with dumbbells)
    DB Shoulder presses
    DB Lateral raises
    DB Curls
    DB Overhead Tricep extensions
    DB bent over rows

Well these are some exercises you can use, you can do lots with dumbbells really. It's better if you have a bench too.. And also use pretty heavy weights, if you can, get different sets of DB's so you progress with the weight load you use.
    Hope that helps. :)

You could get P90x or chaLEAN extreme (my fave). They're fitness DVD's and I've personally had amazing results from both! I'll be happy to share my results with you if you'd like. Just send me a message :)
