Tips on getting protein cheap?

I am kinda broke but I am working on building some muscle right now. Does anyone know where or how I could get protein powders and bars cheap?

canned tuna is pretty cheap. Eggs are usually cheap. Wal-mart sells Body Fortress for about $15 for 2lbs of protein.
