How to determine your activity level?

I feel like it should not be this hard deciding what to rate myself as but I feel like I am right in between lightly and moderately active. I do 20 minute cardio sessions 6-7 days a week, and I do 40-60 minutes strength training sessions 2 times a week. Also, go on a night walk at about 3.5mph for 20-25 minutes 5-6 days a week. Regarding my exercise activity alone, and not my other general activity, what would you guys say I should be?

    Your activity level isn't based on the exercise you do.

    Its just your everyday life so:
    Desk job -> Sedentary
    Door to Door sales man -> Lightly active
    Ranch Hand -> Active

    After choosing your activity level, if you exercise you log it.

    I actually know that the activity level is not based on exercise.
    And I know that most people log their exercise but thats not the method that seems to work best for me.
    I prefer to include my exercise as my activity level because I hate trying to determine how many calories I burned exercising.. sometimes it is easy to determine and sometimes not.

    Maybe I should give it a shot though!
    I am a student and I often have to walk around campus, I work as a bookshelver so I never sit down even once during my job...
    Would you say this might be lightly active?
