My work out regimen consist of ....20 mins on the Tread Climber at 3.7....300 calories. Or I do the treadmill if I'm not able to do that..with an incline at about 12 as well and at 3.8, I burn about 200 calories, then I jog at 4.7 for 2 miles...including my cool down for about five or so minutes and that's about 200…

Hard to do but like everyone else tells me...BRING YOUR OWN..:tongue: don't know how your going to manage that. Back pack it.,Bring your own sandwich,apples, 100 cal snack packs whatever you like to eat and is healthy:wink: .

This is what I use as well GNC whey Protein (strawberry) Mixes well with Rice Milk not sure if it mixes well with others. But they do have the protein shakers (not sure what they call those things) but it helps get all the clunks out.

First congrats on your upcoming wedding and joining MFP. I love this place it helps me keep track of my calories, work out routine, meals and the people are super friendly.
