Take up power walking... I run 5 K twice a week, but power walk 7K once a week... And not much slower than my run! Ever seen "Bride Wars"? One is walking and one is jogging.... If you hate something, you won't stick with it and it won't be an enjoyable thing you two do together. That said, I did 2-3 days a week... Skipped…

Talk about time flying.... My twin daughters are 21 years old! But I still have a 13 year old son and 2 1/2 year old daughter at home plus I babysit my 21 month old granddaughter and 4 month old grandson a couple days a week! They just all joined this journey right along with my husband and I! And we have both lost…

He inputs which one of my meals he'd like to have again.... Usually I make something new each night so he is allowed to choose the repeat meals. Plus if he goes the bill doubles.... (he's all for the healthy lifestyle, but he still likes snacks and healthy or not, they add up!)

Did you ever try those bars I sent you the recipe for from WW? I think you'd like those too!

The program really does start you off slow... But then kinda expects you to just go for it! (eventually running a 10 minute mile) My concern was my knees... But after researching all over, found out that with proper technique, no family history of joint problems and not being over 20-30 lbs over weight I should be ok... So…

I'm sorry... And most are going to disagree with me... But you are "hiding" your weight loss and upset your mother asks how much you weigh, yet have it publicly showing here for every pound you lose... If you aren't strong and proud of the person you are, then how can you expect others to see you differently? I've had MANY…

That pavlova is definitely party worthy... Best dessert ever and the presentation is beautiful... I think I will try it with the blackberries too for the 4th of July! I also used Lite Cool Whip for the calorie sake and didn't feel ripped off one bit!

Thank you everyone! It's amazing how many people tell me they don't even recognize me and don't believe we have not starved ourselves! We eat all our calories MFP tells us to eat, eat our exercise calories and have a cheat day about once a week....

I hate water too! But I usually eat so much that I'm rarely hungry... I have learned though if I am it means I've burned more calories and my body is needing it! Gotta stay in tune with your body!
