It will...ABS are made in the kitchen not the gym, however, they take a long time because belly fat is so thick????????????????. I've being doing a mx of High Interval Impact Training and Sprints!!! GOOD LUCK

I love Luna bars they have alot of protein (Coconut Chocalate) my favorite... I eat every 2 hours so when I eat my Luna its usually around 8:00 so I can burn those carbs early in the day!

I say hang in there... I was a size 22 and weighed 220 and the first thing my trainer told me was to NOT GET ON A SCALE!!!
