  • got yesterday again a 6w6p workout in. Didn't had much time the last month... as you all know .. so sorry T.T... so i started again with level 1. I actually like level 1 more than 2. Still had to push myself through it :(. who feels the same way?

  • I think starting with 3 x a week if you have a busy sceduele and starting is a good idea. 6w6p kicked my butt. Sometimes i needed to listen to my body in the beginning and let my body heal for 2 days. Then the muscle memory kicked in and i was able to increase :) Listen to your body <3

  • I did 6w6p level 2, day 1 yesterday... so many hard moves to get used to!! wow! and the worst >.> my bottom legs are so sore every step i walk hurts.. steps are even worse.... noooo so a little soreness in my thighs, a lot in my bottom legs and some soreness in my upper back... hey belly wake up!!.>.<

  • I used cardio trainer on my phone and it is attached like an HRM on my arm and registers if i move or not and i had a burn of 263 calories for circuit training. My height is 5'4 and i weigh 124 pound. i hope it helps :)
