Why just 3 - 5 times a week?

High calorie on brown rice? :(???
ok guys that really bugs me.. how can a half cup of organic brown basmati rice have 300 calories?! help.... I usually would eat 3 to 4 cups... even of white rice. I love japanese food. So I like to have some rice in the morning with some fish sometimes and miso... but that screws up my 1200 a day alot.. i cant just do alot…
