Look for a specialty running store. They'll watch you run and match you with the proper pair of shoes. It's possible that your shoes may be part of the problem.

I've completed 7 weeks of it and now I can run without pain. I can run an 8 minute mile or 25-30 mins at 5.5mph. I love it.

I've dropped 20lbs and now I'm just looking to maintain and keep it mean and lean. I need to build more strength to keep climbing the walls.
