  • Ooops I just noticed that, I changed my settings. I have added more protein but I'm thinking maybe not enough cause I still have this empty feeling. I just hope it improves as I get used to the diet.
  • That does help actually, they say the brain takes like 7 minutes to catch up with your stomach so it makes sense that waiting will help you not over eat. Also, eating slowly helps I've noticed and talking in between bites :)
  • I do have access to a pool so I can try to swim - but I do worry about that too, because you do use your feet a lot so I'm worried that also would hurt it. I guess it's worth a try though! :)
