Have you tried roast vegie soup. Roast all your vegies first...pumpkin, tomatoes, carrots, celery, etc, when they are tender blend half of the mixture with some water, then add the rest of the vegies. Tastes great and should not be high in sodium :smile:

I think that you can get an idea of whether u are losing or not just by your clothes...but in saying that I do weigh myself more that I should cause I find that if I am going a little off track, then I pull my head in a try a little harder to stay under my cals. All the best
