My advice dont look for re assurances from family/friends go alone and be happy on the inside and outside with yourself you dont need anyone else to tell you what weight you shoul dbe if your happy thats all that should matter!

Yer just give it a chance try to resist checking the scales everyday and just have one day per week and track it like that and you will see a difference try and stick to the same time you weigh yourself to e.g. early morning : ) dont quit!

Ruby is definately right its not a race and doesnt happen overnight we all have different metabolisms but if you continue track your calories and be disciplined you will get the results desired!
