Hello everyone. I just started and I'm really psyched about it. I'm a mother of 3 and looking to loose the baby weight. I also want to reshape my body and get it toned. I've made up so many excuses on why the weight never comes off. I've tried all these different diets including the new 17 day diet. Its just not for me. So I'm starting here and I like it. Looks like a lot of people like this site so I'm happy to join. Just wanted to say hello

    This is a great help especially to calorie tracker I can assure you, you will get the results if you can be disciplined
