I am running my first on April 27th. I am running 4 days a week (Tuesday/Thursday - 4 miles, Saturday-long run and Sunday a short one like 2-3 miles). I am also doing some weight training the other days. I am both nervous and excited :) I would love to have running bodies!!

I study and work at the university of Louisville, so I do my strength training in their facilities. For my cardio, I have a treadmill at home, so I can exercise while keeping an eye on my toddler. But I get so bored on the treadmill, so whenever the weather allows, I put him in a stroller and run outside.

I am trying to stay under 1500mg of sodium a day, but when I eat out it's hard to respect. I will track the potassium too. Thanks :)

I set my MFP to maintenance, so I am not taking into account my activity when computing my calorie allowance.

I am eating my BMR calories (1500) and I am not eating back my exercise calories. Is that Ok?

I am doing the Jillian Michaels Body revolution (6 days a week). 4 days are strength/interval training with light weight ( I am using 5lbs) high rep and 2 days cardio. I am also doing C25K (week 7) 3 days a week.
