  • Freeze them... tastes just as nice.... but take longer to eat
  • I find on days where on the computer it says I'm "under" are actually the days where its a friday and I have just been surrounded by delicious food and drink all day... and don't really want to spend my evening punishing myself seeing if i'm 500- 1500 calories over for the day... So the diary is personal... I know myself…

  • All I can say.... is as a person who has suffered from a Vitamin E deficiency.... Nuts contain alot of Vitamin E.... which is good for your skin circulation balance liver heart and overall energy! Its impossible for me to eat enough nuts to get heatlhy Vitamin E levels so take supplements instead... but not many foods…
  • New plan... but I did the same thing about 5 years ago and had never felt heatlhier.... that time I only realised how much i had lost when i went to the nurse and she told me I was 47 kg was shocked to had lost 8 kg in 6 months! Its basically just avoiding white sugar, white flour and saturated fats as much as possible....…
  • Ah yeah I make sandwiches early... because I start work quite early in the morning... and if i don't make them in advance I'm can't alwyas be bothered making them in the morning... and end up going to the bakery instead and getting tempted by all the cakes!

I actually feel like I've eaten too much... breakfast- boiled egg + lemon juice in water snack- apple lunch- 20 grapes sandwich on wholemeal bread with a lil bit of chicken, a lil bit of low fat cheese, hummus and veggies veggies veggies. snack- banana and 6berries…
