Lots of thinkgs. On occassios i mix it with yogurt. Today I'm eating it plan, mixed with cut up homegrown tomatos and cucumbers slightly drizzeld with a vinegerette. Tuna melt sandwhich works too...wheat bread, low fat cheese, etc. I do lots of healthy salads.

Love PB2! My bootcamp trainer bought a case and evenly split the cost...$5 per jar...amazing deal. I use it in my protein shakes and I use the PB2 in some fat free whip cream as a dessert. Yummerz. Just bought the PB2/chocoalte...waiting to use it, but I hear that stuff is good too.

Absolutely love pitbulls!! I have a pitbull/great dane mix and a pitbull/dachshund mix (and a border collie mix). they are so loyal and loving....total lap dogs. I recently volunteered for a event called pitbull days for underprivileged communities! awesome event where we gave free vaccines, neutering/spaying, deworming!…

Winco sells it in the bulk bins! Inexpensive!

I like my HRM and especially love it when it shows 800 + calories burned. Although inline with expectations of calories burned in my bootcamp sessions, I don't always truly "believe" that I've burnt 1000+ calories, or 800+, etc. although I put down what my HRM says in MFP, I subtract about 200 calories off the HRM number.…

Agree with all of the above. Tonight I hid two zuchinni squashes and some carrots into the spaghetti sauce. Just chopped it up in the processor and sauteed with the onion...wala! Kiddo and the other adults in the house had no clue.

fuji! Can't can't enough of fuji. keep them on the counter since I go through them so quickly, but in the warmer months I keep them in the fridge.

Okay, I found http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/. It says that my rest and workout days I should be eating 1850 calories (20% cut). I think this make sense.

Okay, I'm confused. Can you help with the TDEE. I'm 5'6, last weight in 168. work out 5 days a week of bootcamp (as indicated above) any more info would be great.

Hi there! I love Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey. Sold at Walmart and so affordable. $15! I'm a chocolate person but absolutely LOVE their vanilla shake! superb flavor. Plus if you're a fan on their facebook page you get a coupon every month you can print out ($1 off).

No, I just don't have a hankering for carbs (breads, pastas, etc.) anymore. I can add more carbs via sweet potatos and squashes I supposed. Any other suggestions?
-
I'm 5'6. last weight (last week) I was 167.4. Goal weight is 155 and then we'll see if there is more. I started bootcamp in November at 181 lbs.
-
Thank you! I will certainly take your advice. I've hit a plateau the last few weeks and I see that I'm supposed to fuel my burn! I'm heading to Winco to load up on the nuts and eggs and everything else :)
-
Thanks! I have a HRM and I assumm its sometimes a bit high and don't plan on eating all calories back, but want to make sure to have "enough" to fuel the burn. Those are all great suggestions...too bad I developed an allergy to avacado :)

I usually don't worry about sushi! I love sushi and eat in on my cheat days. I like the spicy tuna, spider roll (softshell crab), unagi (eel). I say if you're going to eat it....claim this day as a cheat day and order whatever you want, then get back to the program tomorrow.

I increased mine to 1600 but will likely increase to 1800. I normally eat beyond the setting because I do intense bootcamp classes and burn between 600 to 800 calories per class, plus walk dogs (300-400 calories), and occassionally run during lunch. My trainer wants me eating at least 1800 even when I'm not excercising to…

Protein shake and some carb. I usually eat 3-5 ounces of sweet potato with my dinner (within an 1 hr of my workout)

awesome job! keep it up. I too started jogging recently (notice I didn't say "running"). Did 2 miles straight without walking on Monday - 23 minutes. Today I did 4 miles in 50 minutes...2 miles straight (23 minutes), 0.25 miles walk (5 minutes), and the rest jogging. Had to stop between 1 - 2 minutes due to knee but sucked…

Oh its possible. I burn between 700 and 900 calories per each 45 minute bootcamp session. Depends on numerous factors, including intensity. Although I love my HRM, I do assume its a little over here and there. I try to eat back my exercise calories but keep it in the back of my mind that it could be off. It's there for…

I gave up coffee (except for the weekend) and drink my green tea on a daily basis. I put splenda in my mug....when I need more tea, I just pour it over the tiny bit of tea i have left ...still semi-sweet. I limit my splenda intake to 2 packets a day. (one packet on my oatmeal)..not sure why but figure I get enough…
