I use the sugar free metamucil and i do 1 tablespoon every night. Im supposed to do that twice a day but it makes me very bloated and I only take it at night. I would love to find something better, but I need something that is Gluten free.

I eat 5 egg whites 1/3 cup of cream of rice and I usually about 100g of any kind of berry in the cream of rice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

I use whey protein I use one that is only 110 calories and no carbs no sugar and I mix it with water. I think that it would be good for weight loss, my nutritionist had me use them as meals 2x a day when Ihe wanted me drop weight. I used Isolyze its from species nutrition.

I have been wondering this myself. I just started lifting heavy and my quads got pretty big. I am having trouble finding jeans that fit. (they are to big in the waist and to tight around my quads.) I am concerned that if I ever decide to just stop lifting that my body wont go "back" to the way it was...... great question!…

That is awesome! In my mind I came in first also, the place I got didnt matter to me. It was the fact that I did it and I got up on stage and just did it! sure, I know how hard it is. When I was down to my last few weeks of my competition I really tried to surround myself with a good support group. It gets so hard towards the last few weeks, I wanted to quit a few times. But my trainer was really a great motivator for me :smile:
