I use the Bose ie2. They are rock solid. They are pricey, but you never have to worry about it again. They also sound great!

Be careful. Giving up something you love (chocolate) will inevitably lead to a binge. Maybe, instead of giving it up completely for lent, you could say "I am only going to have 2 pieces a day instead of 10". Thats what its all about is moderation. Just my .02

I bring two small tupperware containers 1 with a measured portion of cereal and the other with a measured portion of skim milk. I set them up the night before so I can just grab them and go out the door. Just pour the milk into the cereal when you're ready to eat!

I just used 1 large can which is equivalent (almost) to 2 small cans.

Up at 315 on work days for an hour gym session before work. In bed by 9pm.

Thanks for the replies. Ill keep doing what I am doing! My main concern was that I read somewhere that if you do cardio without eating first, your body will begin to use muscle tissue for fuel. Seems a little out there, but I just wanted to be sure, so I asked the experts! LOL

What I do in that situation is bank my calories for the event. Eat a lighter breakfast, etc. Have a few beers and a burger, but maintain control. If you go over a little on your calories every once in a while, its really not a big deal! Definitely don't deprive yourself! Have fun at the party and get back to business…
