Mostly Spinach & Kale, Ginger root, slice of Lemon, a few grapes, 1-2 strawberries, 1/2 kiwi (or really any fruit I have to sweeten it a bit).

Peanut butter is better nutritionally (more protein, less sugar, specifically in the "natural" ones). Nutella is full of sugar. That being said, if sugar doesn't bother you, and it fits within your calorie limit, go for it.

No major news agency on-line is saying there are casualties... Still, very tragic indeed. Praying for all affected. Edit: just read that there are officially 2 dead. Heartbroken...

I agree with PPPs... since there is such a difference in the age of children, she should have a shower.

I walked 4 miles on my lunch break today, at 4.25 - 4.5 mph, and burned 474 calories. I'm using HRM, and the number always comes up higher than MFP.

You can walk. Even if it's slow at first, you can walk. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and yet I walk and/or run a few times a week. The more you weigh, the worse your knees are going to be. Lose the weight, and your knees will be a lot better. Also, getting out for a walk will help you fell better mentally. AS for the 2…

I'm another one of those who never thought I could run. Followed C25K two years ago, and now I'm hooked! I will also say that I have RA, so major joint problems, and my knees feel BETTER if I run on regular basis. Also, agree with everyone saying you should go to a local running store and get well fitting running shoes.

Totally this. I have Polar FT4

Huh????

Glad he slept last night. You really need to wake him up early. My kids (5 & 2) are in bed between 8:00 and 8:30 and are up at 6:30 every morning. There is no need to give your 2 year old milk. It may be part of the problem: he created a habit of "needing" milk in the middle of the night. He may have a cup of milk before…

I looked at your blog: AMAZING! You look like a completely different person, and so much younger, too. Great job!

^^ Totally agree with these comments. You're now at healthy weight. 7 stone (98 lbs!) at 5'6" was underweight.

LOVE pumpkin ice-cream. Will definitely try this! thanks for posting it.

How about putting some lemon in it? I'm not a big fan of the water flavoring stuff either, as it's all chemicals. I drink about 100-120 oz per day. I have a 32 oz stainless steel water bottle that is always with me. I literally never leave my house without water.
-
I've been using it for about a year now and love it, too.

I have a Polar HMR. Walked last night: 50 min, at 4.5 mph, burned over 460 calories, and MFP said it should be 299. So yes, while some MFP entires are overestimated, some are underestimated. Best bet: get a HRM.

^^^This.

I love just plain water, but adding fruit sounds yum!! I don't do anything like MIO, or Crystal Lite, because all those are full of artificial stuff.
-
I usually do 1/2 cup of frozen berries, water, protein powder, and voila! :-)
-
Wow! You look awesome! And congrats on Runniversary :-) Keep it up!
-
I get the Pure Protein Chocolat powder (1 scoop has about 25 g of protein) and mix it with 1/2 cup of frozen berries and some water: YUM!!!
-
I only count water, but that's also mostly what I drink. I have a 32 oz bottle that I carry with me everywhere, and I drink 3-4 of those each day. I do drink a cup of coffee a day, but don't count that.

Never heard of it...

I think the question is: where can I find it, not: is it healthier  To the OP: I would ask someone working at the dairy dept. at the store to see if there might be a shortage for some reason.

I went from not working out AT ALL last June, to running my first 5K in August, and now I run 10K almost every weekend. I also used the C25K program. I track my progress on runkeeper.com, too. I don't run many races, but just get out on my own and run. And I love it. You can so do it!

First of all congrats on the awesome weight loss. While my "lady doctor" never comments on my weight, I'd be a little miffed if I were you... I have rheumatoid arthritis and my rheumatologist couldn't say enough about me losing 20 lbs! She kept telling all her assistants/nurses to look at me, what a great job I did. I wish…

You look wonderful!! and so much younger! Congratulations :flowerforyou:

I also use Polar FT4 and love it. I've had it for about 6 months now and it's worked great for me.
