  • Oddly enough, my husband & I weighed in together this morning (he never weighs in...) He has always weighed less than me - ALWAYS! But today after I weighed in, he weighed in - and he weighs .4 lbs more than me. I know, it's not even a pound - but I'll take it and run with it :) This time last year I weighed approx 40 lbs…

  • Yep, I weigh-in once per week. I found that it's best for me to weigh-in as soon as I wake up - used to be Wednesdays, but now I've switched to Fridays for support group reasons :)

  • I have one! My mom bought me a shirt that I can get "on" but cannot button... (sad) and I have bought a pair of jeans one size smaller than I am now. Hoping to wear them both home for Christmas!

  • Like HMonterX said - I think it's important to remember that we aren't all perfect all the time - but maybe that was obvious. I'll do my best to eat healthly, clean, better (insert whatever word would best describe it for you) foods for the majority of the day/week, but if on Friday my kid is invited to a birthday party…

  • We did the exact same thing in our house. We only use "desert" sized plates now. I can't tell you the last time I put food on one of my "dinner" plates.   • I started last night! Finished day one, and my thighs were definitely telling me they got a good work out when I rolled out of bed this morning! My 7 year old son wanted to try and do it with me. Around five minutes in he asked, "Mom are you sweating already?". I answered with an out of breath "YES" - he said "me too!"…

  • Put on a jacket his morning that I bought back in '09 and hadn't been able to wear since. Not only did it fit again, but I found 3 dollars in the front pocket!
