I jut remember reading on "Eat This, Not That" that its against the law or something for companies to under-provide, so in order to try and stay in line they actually OVER-fill containers. Clearly, they heard wrong.

Barbara's original puffins! It's so yummy and 90 calories for a 3/4 cup of cereal. You don't need it but I like to add a little packet of stevia and a dusting of cinnamon on top.

listen to how your body truly feels, but i like to say when in doubt, pound it out. You never know if you could have really used that workout, however small, in the future (i.e. cake! =])

omg I totally second the better'n peanut butter. Personally I like it alot better than the regular kind, I'm so happy I discovered it. To me almost tastes like, cocoa-y haha. Anyway I highly suggest it.

i throw some grape or blueberry jelly in there alot. also, apple chips, cinnamon, some truvia, and a tiiiny drop of silk unsweetened almond milk is absolutely delicious. you can use it as a savory addition too! sub it for ricotta or anything along those lines.

super helpful, thank you! I need to get more consistent with weighing myself, i never do it consistently enough. This sunday I will start 100% empty stomach weigh-ins as early as I can muster at my school gym (I dont have my own scale).
