exactly. if you do it right and are patient waiting for the coals to heat up you'll be fine. if you're impatient and don't wait your food will more than likely taste like lighter fluid.

I'm 5'2" and around 130 is my ideal weight…when i got closer to 120 i looked sickly skinny on my top half. i think it varies for everyone and really depends on where you carry your weight.

id prob go with the 12...imo shorts that are slightly too large look much better than ones that are a little too tight and you can always wear a belt

how can you say that without seeing it? a good healthy, toned you at a healthy BMI not skinny pasty pale i didnt eat for a month to get here looking but healthy looking...how can you say that wouldnt look good without seeing it?

agree. how can someone say they would look unhealthy at a weight theyve never seen themselves? or at a weight they havent seen in decades...bodies do change. im 5'2" and 146 lbs which makes me 10 lbs overweight...and i am overweight thats why im here trying to lose about 20 lbs.

thanks guys :D i def know MFP is too low, and that is set at 1 lb per week.... my TDEE with heavy exercise (which is defined as exercising 6 days a week) is 2522 subtract 20% would be 2472? now that seems insanely high i did buy an HRM im just waiting for it to get here as well....so should i just add that to something lol
