I just discovered Hood's Fat Free Frozen Yogurt Maine Blueberries and Cream with live and active cultures! It is DELICIOUS and coming in at 90 calories for 1/2 cup you can't beat it!

Stress usually does it for me. But sometimes I'll have gluten (unknowingly) and not have the symptoms until later.

I have very defined calves...and always have. I'm currently at 163, 5' 2" with 16 1/2" calves but I've had that size even when I was 140. I get compliments on them from body builders....lol.

I just broke through my plateau after about 4 months!!!! I know how you feel and it sucks! I started myfitnesspal to get out of mine because I was doing WW and I don't think it was giving me enough points. I have heard (haven't tried) that an apple a day will get you out of your plateau. Just keep faith.

Make sure you drink your 8 glasses of water! It might be hard at first but you'll find you'll eat less. You'll figure it out! Good luck!:happy:

The reason WW made fruits and veggies "free" is because on their point system they add up as too many and people would eat a candy bar over a fruit or veggie. How can you properly follow a calorie counting system if you're not counting your calories?! lol. A little always counts!

I totally agree with jlcrose! Stay away from the prepackaged stuff. You really need to make all your own meals.
