  • I'm working on my squat depth at the gym. To help me with this, my PT set up a box that my bum has to hit. Unfortunately, whenever my bum hit the box... it sounded like I was farting :( Could have died.
  • I lost 50lbs and probably have the same to go. For me, it's really important that I have a fitness partner - someone that can push me and hold me accountable. Or at least something to work toward. Wedding and baby sounds like lots of motivation. Good luck. You can do it. I promise.

  • I'm 5'8" and with 227. This is what Map recommended based on that. Is it wrong? I have a very sedentry job and am hoping to lose 2lb a week until I get to 190/180, then I plan to take it slower.
